Stockholm on ice.

Home and a full speed moving day ahead of me, with some xtra yogaclasses to top of the evening, I´m still vibrating from my Nike experience in Stockholm this weekend!

Friday me and Elaine teached an AcroME workshop;

Saturday I visited the convention and had some inspiring classes. One in witch I burned through 108 push-ups! Thank you Johanna Andersson!!

The energy in the classes was a bit like a rockconcert. Several hundred people moving and breathing together.

This is an exciting year.

It´s like everyone rolls up their sleeves and get with the program.
