Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na BATMAN!!

Just got back from the Ericsson Globe arena and Batman! A totally awesome show by Live Nation. Circus at it's very best!

How I looooove the circus. I can not stretch that enough!

It brings generations together. Old, young and everybody in between join in the ooooh's and aaaah's. And when Bruce Wayne claimed:

I'm Batman!

everybody clapped theire hands, stomped their feet and vissled!

Gotham City, home of Batman!

Growing old.

I am growing old, I am not getting old.
I am growing in to my bodys possibilities, I am growing old enough to explore my minds endless resourses.
I have never been this strong, this fast, this flexible, this mindful, this humble.

Earlier today I watched an amazingly inspiring program at SVTplay about Anna Halprin. She's a boundbreaking dancer who's nearly ninety years old - and still performing!!
Thats the kind of role model that speaks to me! Thats how I am going to grow old.

Old age are not intimidating, it's autumn.
Look around you. There is old age and decay everywhere and it's beautiful!
Life experience is beautiful.

4 real.

Defy gravity!!

Pilates Complete and me are proude to present Gothenburgs absolut first classes in yogawings! The spaces are very limited. To be sure not to miss your spot please contact http://www.pilatescomplete.se/

Defy gravity and give your yoga the possibility to explore the next level!

Yogawings makes it easier to go deeper into the positions and hold them for a longer period of time. Using wings will release tension from your spine and it will help you to keep the alignment correct and strengthen your muscles. With yogawings you will practice coordination, balance, strength, stamina, stability and flexibility at the same time and that stimulates your mind!

The wings that I use is a product of stolt clothing.

Find out more about stolt and where you can by your wings here:

My body is amazing!

This past week it's been working 12 yogaclasses, around 7 hours of selfpractice, 15 hours of duoacrobatic show rehearsals, 1 photoshoot and 2 shows.
I feel invisible! I feel great!
But I did'nt the day before yesterday. Five days in to my workweek, 11 yogaclasses, 1 photoshoot, around 5 hours of selfpractice, 15 hours of duoacrobatic show rehearsals and 1 show later I felt worn out. Ready to go to sleep for a month and thinking about running away from it all. Let's just say that the beginning of the week was a little bit hectic.
Well I've choosed to be a selfemployed acrobat so I can't just roll over and play dead or take a time out when ever things get ruff. If I want to continue to live my dream I have to roll up my sleaves, remember whats importent to me and get on with it. So I did.
My body was begging me to cave in. Every inch, every muscle was eaching so I did what I had to do. I turned to my old healing-recipe. Something that I know works after years of trial and error. I eat a lot of carbohydrates, watched a few episodes of "desperate housewifes" and tried to get some extra sleep. It worked, as always.

The amount of strength my body has, what it is capable of - it's just mindblowing.
It's designed to move. So is yours!

Growing wings!

Which superpower do you wish for?

Most people answer that question with:

"I wish I could fly!"

What if I told you that you can?

As an aerial acrobat and a yogateacher I have always wished to combine the two elements of grounding earth and light air and 30 october starts a unique yogaswingcourse. An opportunity for you to grow wings!

You don't have to be a circusfreak or a proffesional acrobat to enjoy the benefits of hanging upsidedown in the air. It's for everybody! It's even says so in the newspaper!
Don't miss out on this.

“When once you have tasted flight, you will forever walk the earth with your eyes turned skyward, for there you have been, and there you will always long to return.”
