Inspiration and Freedom!

We are all searching for freedom. Looking and listening for it eveywhere. Longing. Yearning. It's in our human nature.
But we don't always know what we want freedom from. Sometimes it's obvious and sometimes it's more like a scratchy feeling. An itch that doesn't go away.
And even when we do know what we want freedom from, we don't always know what we what freedom to... When we finaly have our so long yearned for freedom - what are we going to do with it?
For me, freedom is yoga. Freedom is inspiration. And once you got inspired it can never be taken from you. It's there. In your heart. Forever free.

October the first you are invited to an unique yoga-inspiration afternoon!
There will be live music with Mack Johansson who has played on the streets in Berlin, had a song played in the tv-series Tru Blood, been living at an ashram i India and became famous in Holland with his band Hyacinth House.
Mack doesn't put a label on his music. He describes it as a constant flow of words and pictures that imerges to sound and this union becomes the music. Come and experience it for yourself!
There will be copys of Mack's soloalbum for sale. The price is 150sek.

You will be able to place an order on a Henrik Söderling "Practice Painting". He calls them that because they come from a place of quriosity for the freedom yoga brings and they are inspiried by the practice. On your own "Practice Painting" there can be, for example, your favourite asana, a pranyam practice that you want to visualize or maybe your morning mantra. All painted in the color of the chakra that you need to enhance.
If you ask somebody what their dream-superpower is most people want to be able to fly. On this day I will show you yogawings. An awesome flying yogapractice that defies gravity.
