From the kitchen.

Recently I got myself a personal trainer. It's awesome, I can really recomend it. First step on the journey to become this new healthy, alert and strong version of myself is making some food changes!
Here are two recipes from my new protein-enhanced lifestyle:

Tunasalad:
3 cans of tuna
2 avocados
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
sundried tomatoes
feta cheese
Chop the avocados, dice the cheese and blend it all.

Indian Dish:
1 can of coconut milk
peanutbutter
soy pieces (or something else)
sweat peas
sundried tomatoes
cashewnuts
ginger
Amount of the ingredients after taste
Add more wedgies if you like =)
